Working together, health plans and Availity can make tremendous progress in driving provider adoption of Availity Essentials. In this session, we will showcase how one health plan is approaching this goal by combining their data with Availity's data to create robust provider dashboards. By segmenting their providers into multiple context-based audiences, Availity and the health plan are working to eliminate “shotgun” efforts and launch targeted outreach tactics that move providers from manual fax, phone, and paper submission modes to fully digital workflows, benefiting providers, health plans, and most importantly, patients.
