Elaine Putman is the Senior Director, Client Engagement and Delivery Services, where she is responsible for leading Health Plan, Provider and Trading Partner implementations for Availity’s products including Essentials, Gateway/Clearinghouse and Essentials Pro. Additionally, she has responsibility for client engagement designed to drive provider adoption of Availity’s products through training, communications, technical documentation, and market outreach. In her role, she leads with a strategic approach to drive speed to value for our clients, efficiency, and client satisfaction. ​

Prior to this role, Elaine held positions in strategic account services, acquisition integration, process improvement and operations within Availity. With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare technology in implementations, support, operations and account management, Elaine is a proven performer in driving results for both the company and their clients. ​

Before joining Availity, Elaine served as Managing Director for the Healthcare Solutions Division of Keane, an integrated healthcare technology solution for hospitals and health systems. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma green belt obtained through the University of Georgia.
