Kristina is responsible for leading Availity’s Client Engagement Services team, which is comprised of the training, communications, market development, learning management system, and documentation functions. In this role, she consults with our health plan partners on solutions to best drive provider engagement and adoption of Availity’s products and services. ​

Kristina has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and in implementing learning programs that cover a broad range of areas, from technical product training, leadership development, customer service skills, and sales training across multiple companies and industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University. ​
