To ensure cost-effective access to evidence-based care, health plans have multiple programs in place across the care/reimbursement lifecycle, but often these initiatives don't align. At the same time, Utilization Teams are feeling pressure from regulatory requirements, and health plans need end-to-end solutions that don't add administrative burden to providers or health plan clinical staff. In this session, we will look at potential solutions to these challenges that focus on consistently applying medical policy across multiple workflows through digitization and dissemination of policy content.
