Because Availity Connects is designed to foster deep and meaningful collaboration among our health plan, provider, and HIT attendees, we intentionally keep attendance limited. As a result, registration is invitation only. If you are an existing Availity client, please contact your account manager.
The dress code for all meetings is business casual, including jeans. You’re encouraged to leave your formal business attire, sport coats, suit separates and the like, at home.
You are welcome to bring a guest to join you at the hotel, however, all Connects-related events and meals are limited to Connects attendees.

When you register, make sure to tell us about any food restrictions. The hotel will label dishes that are appropriate for vegetarians and vegans and those who don’t eat pork, red meat, dairy, seafood, shellfish, gluten, and white fish. If you aren’t sure if something meets your dietary needs, please don’t hesitate to ask one of the servers.
Availity event staff members will be wearing “event staff” attire and will be available to answer questions or direct you to the appropriate resources.
