Chad Bills is the Network Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Community Health Network, where he provides executive oversight for Patient Access, Health Information Management (HIM), professional and hospital billing and follow‑up, cash posting, and customer service. In this role, he is accountable for revenue cycle performance across nine acute and specialty care hospitals and more than 200 ambulatory sites throughout central Indiana. Chad has been with Community Health Network for more than 11 years, leading large, multidisciplinary teams and driving systemwide performance improvement. Prior to joining Community, Chad served as Director of Patient Services and Business Improvement for Hill‑Rom’s Respiratory Care Division, based in the Twin Cities. There, he led front‑end revenue cycle operations and enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives. Chad held multiple leadership roles at Hill‑Rom with a strong focus on business strategy, performance improvement, and operational transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Database Administrator for Availity (formerly RealMed), supporting healthcare revenue cycle technology and data infrastructure. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming Technology and an Associate of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt through Smarter Solutions. A dynamic healthcare executive, Chad brings deep expertise in enterprise Revenue Cycle Management and a demonstrated track record of optimizing end‑to‑end revenue performance, modernizing processes and technology, and aligning operational, financial, and clinical priorities.
