Dustin serves as Vice President for Revenue Cycle Management Research at KLAS Research, where he leads a dedicated team overseeing comprehensive research on both software and service vendors in the healthcare technology sector.

With over two decades of hands-on healthcare experience, Dustin brings valuable provider-side perspective to his role at KLAS, Prior to his current position, he spent 20 years as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at a Utah healthcare provider, where he led RCM operations across multiple care settings.

Driven by a passion for industry transparency and improvement, Dustin dedicates his expertise to helping healthcare providers navigate and simplify their complex technical environment. His unique combination of provider experience and research leadership positions him as a valuable voice in HIT.

Outside of work, Dustin embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities such as running and biking. He cherishes time spent with his wife and two daughters.
