For more than a decade, Austin has helped his clients achieve their strategic and financial goals. During his career at Huron, Austin designed and led large-scale transformation projects, delivered meaningful performance improvement, and positioned his clients for long-term success. Specializing in the provider space, Austin led work at five of the country’s 20 largest health systems and several of the largest and highest-performing physician groups, managed services organizations, and technology-enabled health services companies. Austin’s projects created more than $150M in financial improvements, resulted in fully redesigned operating models, drove successful organization model transitions, and delivered rapid and successful implementation of complex operational improvement plans. Austin’s experience at Huron spans consulting and operations. He has deep subject matter expertise in the healthcare provider revenue cycle space. In addition to his project work, Austin held leadership roles within Huron’s Managed Services business unit, including roles focused on building out new functions and capabilities in Huron’s international business offices. Austin’s area of focus is in large-scale operating model design, process improvement, and implementation leadership.
