During his career at Huron, Austin designed and led large-scale transformation projects, delivered meaningful performance improvement, and positioned his clients for long-term success. Specializing in the healthcare provider space, Austin led work at five of the country’s 20 largest health systems and several of the largest and highest-performing physician groups, managed services organizations, technology companies, and tech-enabled health services companies. Austin’s projects created more than $150M in financial improvements, resulted in fully redesigned operating models, drove successful organization model transitions, and delivered rapid and successful implementation of complex operational improvement plans.
