Girish Dighe currently serves as System Vice President of Revenue Cycle at OhioHealth. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and completed clinical rotations at Duke University Hospital in North Carolina. Girish completed a Master of Science in Health System Administration at The Ohio State University with combined clinical residency training at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Ohio, where he focused on bridging clinical outcomes with revenue integrity programs. In his current role, Girish oversees all lines of business for revenue cycle management and patient access across the OhioHealth enterprise. Previous professional experiences include various business and marketing roles with the Diabetes Business Unit and Osteoporosis Business Unit at Eli Lilly and Company. His professional affiliations include the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), currently serving on the board of directors for Central Ohio HFMA, and the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP). He has served as an assistant professor at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy – Pharmacy Practice (Pharmacy Finance and Revenue Cycle Management), and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Joint Venture. Additionally, Girish participates on the Ohio Hospital Association Finance Committee.
