Rebecca Barnes, C.P.C., Manager of Health Plan Solutions at Availity, has been in the healthcare industry for 25 years and brings with her vast health plan and provider experience. She currently leads a team of solutions engineers that focus on implementation and best practices, with a focus on ensuring long-term client success.

Prior to Availity, Rebecca was responsible for implementing and overseeing product solutions, including multiple practice management systems, coding analysis software, and delivery of professional services. In addition to leading a training and consulting team, she has been in product management for contract management and coding software applications. Rebecca has worked in various revenue cycle aspects of a large provider organization, including chart auditing, provider and staff education, and system maintenance. In addition, she brings benefits administration software implementation and risk audit project experience. She has had her Certified Professional Coder (CPC)® credentials from the American Academy of Professional Coders since 2001. Rebecca currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
