Linda is a product line manager for Availity’s provider business, where she is responsible for planning and executing the Availity RCM roadmap. Before this role, she was director of provider services operations and RCM client experience. Linda began her career at Availity (then RealMed) in 2004 as a client account manager.
Before joining Availity, Linda managed back-office operations for several provider offices, where she was responsible for coding, A/R collections, authorizations, referrals, payment posting, and the check-in and check-out processes. She also managed a practice management conversion. Linda gained clinical experience as a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in finance from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
