Rodger Fletcher is the Product Management Director at Availity focused on Digital Correspondence and Enterprise Attachments. He began his career as a mechanical engineer and then moved into product management at a telecommunications start-up after earning his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Rodger refocused his energy and high-tech experience into the technology-starved healthcare market, and has successfully launched numerous hardware and software healthcare technology products over the past 24 years, including retail and inpatient pharmacy robotics, hospital patient flow optimization solutions (in which he earned patents for several innovative solutions), niche EMR / EHRs, and more.

At Availity, Rodger and his team developed and launched the Digital Correspondence Hub aimed at eliminating waste associated with traditional forms of communication between health plans and providers – paper, postage, and fax – and replacing them with modern methods of real-time digital communication. Rodger and his wife raised their family in their hometown of Pittsburgh, PA where they enjoy spending time outdoors with their 3 children and their new granddaughter.
